Vega had a unique model and a powerful mission — but no brand that could speak to two completely opposite audiences at once.
A property developer in Akron, Ohio with an unusual USP — two luxury homes a year, renovated and sold exclusively, with proceeds funding housing for Veterans. The CEO, a veteran himself, wanted to transform the area and give back to those who served. High-end buyers on one side. A community mission on the other. They needed a brand that could hold both without losing either.
